Wandsworth Health Visiting Service

The health visiting and school nursing services will be offering a 7 day a week 09:00-17:00 duty line for parents and young people to call for support and advice.

The duty line will be staffed by an administrator, health visitor and school nurse.

Education Inclusion Service

The Education Inclusion Service works with schools to enable vulnerable children and young people to meet their potential. The team supports teachers at both a strategic and a practical level to increase their capacity to support through improving leadership and management and developing skills in the workforce.

Wandsworth Young People’s Health Agency

This service offers free assessments and counselling across the London borough of Wandsworth. After an initial assessment an individuals care plan is created. This is followed by six sessions of counselling which addresses any issues the young person may have.
